Hopefully she will read this review and make a work ethic and a personality change........probably not.

It's the post office, we all have to go there one time or another so my review does not really matter.

I have been coming here for years and have found the service good and the people who work there nice.

I am weekly receiving mail that goes to a different Post Office Box number and they are always writing notes on my mail when they get my mail. An employee must be reading the numbers backwards.

I got seveal other peoples mail in my box today none of my own. I tried several times to call the Springboro post office and no one answers

Also, the pictured is a portion of an envelope containing a tenants rent in Ohio mailing to an address in Ohio but as you can see by the post MARKS it arrived in Denver, Colorado only to make it to the correct state and destination over one month late. I am glad I didn't contact my renters and cost them a stop payment bank fee. Goodness knows the Postmaster would not have accepted responsibility and reembursed them the stop payment fee for a mis-shipped check.

ABSOLUTELY the rudest postal worker I have ever encountered is Andy Leis! I spoke with him via phone twice regarding a delivery to our business and he basically called me a LIAR on the phone! This is NOT customer service I wish to encounter in Springboro Ohio for the postal service. Use Fed-Ex or UPS and skip the rude postal worker!

I find the person frequently working behind the counter (I will omit her name out of personal kindness), is the slowest post office associate I have ever seen. She is also quite "blunt" and rude as she will critique your packages if she feels you did not sure the right materials. Last time I checked, that's really not her concern as long as it meets the requirements of the USPS.
