I called because we had no water. We are in Conneaut Lake Pa. Jason couldn't have been more helpful in getting someone over that day to look at the problem. They explained what needed done and were very clear on the estimate. It ended up being a bad well pump. They worked around our schedule and got the water on quickly. We have also had them do additional work for us and will be calling them in the future for any needed repairs. James, Roman and the others did a great job!
We were thrilled with the whole experience. They were in constant communication giving us the time frame and day. Very polite on the phone calls. Roman, the plumber, was very polite, respectful of our property, and very thorough. Worked on the problems until they were resolved. He did a great job!! Our toilet problems are solved! One of our houses had problems with the well. I called Fisher they came out the next day. They located the well dug down 5 feet they added to the well casing so it is above ground. New pump , what a great job they did.

I got up early yesterday morning and discovered I had no water. Called Fisher Plumbing at 7:00 am in the morning expecting to leave a message and someone actually answered the phone!. Even better they said they could have someone out that day. They showed up when promised and installed a new pump right then. they had everything they needed right on the truck with them. I cant say enough about the great service I received and Am already recommending them to everyone I know.
