The food is always good but the delivery times are all over the board. It has been 20 mins now since i ordered and still no food. The last time i ordered it was nearly 40mins.
This is the worst Jimmy Johns location I have ever visited. I have been to no less than 20 locations. I base this review off around 15+ deliveries and 5+ in store experiences with this location. It is unfortunate since it is the location closest. Some of the staff here seem to be the antithesis of other locations. Not friendly, incorrect orders, and just the noticeable punky, spoiled and snobby kids that I encounter in Springboro. We have reported a health issue due to my wife being very ill from their avocado spread. The manager acted like he did not care and didn't even say sorry or "I'll look into it." You have leadership problem and you need to get these snotty kids in line.
VERY inconsistent! On Sunday our sandwiches were perfect (except the missing mayo packets) Wednesday they were awful!! My sandwich was missing tomato, wasn't cut, and didn't have hot peppers. My husbands sandwich wasn't cut, and my sons wasn't cut and no mayo packets. I always order online and usually use the repeat order option but I always triple check just to make sure everything is how we want it. We keep coming back because when they're good they're AMAZING but I think yesterday was the final time for us. They constantly get our orders wrong and the one time I did order in store they were unbelievably rude. There were two employees just standing behind the counter not doing anything but it still took them a couple minutes to acknowledge me, and when the guy finally did he acted like he didn't want to deal with me I would ask him a question and he would either look at me like I was stupid or sigh.
I love Jimmy Johns! But, today when I ordered the guy that answered the phone was very rude. He kept sighing after almost everything I said. And after I placed my order a co worker asked me if I could go ahead and place hers as well. So I asked if I could place another one. The man who was on the phone started sighing more before he put me on hold for the second time. I just thought it was very rude, and was not very good customer service!
The place was super clean and the cashier was really nice. She even gave me suggestions on different ways to eat my chocolate chip cookie which by the way was SUPER GOOD!
