F45 is a great place for taking your fitness to the next level. The classes are intense but you go at your own pace. Everyone is friendly and encouraging. I definitely recommend giving F45 a try!
Great workout! I don't have to think about what to do or plan out a work out, I just show up and follow the circuit. The workouts are never the same and the trainers are always around to help you with form or modifications. Definitely recommend to people who love crosstraining and HIIT.

Mornings or nights I do both depending on my work schedule, the trainers at the Springboro location are the best. They are helpful, encouraging and knowledgeable. Each class has a different playlist so I'm never disappointed when it comes to the music either. Have and would recommend a friend.
