Ordered two arrangements recently, both as gifts - one for a client and one for my boss. Both experiences were awful! Both arrangements were unsatisfactory (Chintzy, lots of cheap filler, chocolate was drippy), especially considering the cost! I don't mind paying for the beautiful presentation, after all that is what this business is selling, but when the presentation is unimpressive, what am I even paying for? In addition, the service has been terrible! Several calls to make orders and delivery arrangements, all of them met with rude retorts and a "to-bad-for-you-I'm-not-doing-that" attitude. Will not ever waste my money here again.
Had MOLD on the grapes the next morning, spent $80 on the arrangement for "fresh" fruit. Called the store(Springboro, Ohio) after being on hold for almost minutes the manager yelled at me, did not believe me, then hung up on me. By day 3 all the fruit had gone bad even with it being refrigerated. Called corporate they also did nothing. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Both places did absolutely nothing. Will never buy from here again. I called corporate twice, first time filed a complaint store never contacted me. 2nd time calling them after saying I do not want to have contact with the store that they were rude, the lady puts me through to the store after waiting on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up. Nothing else has ever been said. Do not order from here it is a total waste.
Went to edible arrangements to see if my friend was working and when I asked the woman working she responded “see ya later buddy” and walked to the back without letting me order. Very disappointed with the service and attitude that was given towards me
