There were no other cars in line getting lunch at noon and I can see why.
This location sucks. Horrible employees who can never get an order right. I came through tonight, got home and literallly every item was screwed up. No kettle chips with my two meals, no ciabatta bread with my two soups, and my two meals were grilled Italiano bagels but instead of a grilled italiano bagel, I got two bagels with just ham, lettuce, American cheese and mayo. Not grilled, no pepperoni, no pesto, no mozzarella, and no sundried Asiago bagel. Then when I call to complain no one answers!!!
Always loved Tim Hortons and looked forward to stopping when in Ohio but it's been crappy the last 4 times I've visited Ohio - all 4 locations crappy. Coffee old and strong and bakery items hard and tasteless. I won't be visiting any location again.
Breakfast food is bland. Coffee is great. Service was great.
Went there 11/6/17, noon for lunch. Bacon was raw-looking/slimy, spit out first bite and took it back to trade for something else. Got a chicken fajita wrap that was equally slimy and disgusting. Didn't feel like going back again.
Love everything here. Great coffee, tea, hot chocolate with their food! Free WiFi and no rushing you out. Friendly employees.favorite filled cookies gone(red velvet). New strawberry items yummy.
